CCYSA Minutes May 15, 2002

Kim called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

Attending were: Jill Butler, Pam Lettie, Kim Moyer, Chip Dodson, Frank Beam with Mike Casey arriving at 7:10 p.m. Pam left at 8 p.m.

The minutes were adjusted to read:
· CCYSA needs to pay Pat for the birth certificates
· Travel teams do get charged $225
Then a motion was made and passed to accept the minutes.

TREASURERS REPORT: Our ending bank statement said we have $22,206.27 in the bank.

MEMENTOS: After looking at a variety of end-of-year items, Kim decided on the 6" soccer ball static stickers and ordered 1000 at $.76 each.

PICTURES: Pictures will be done the week of May 13, although two teams still need to be taken. CCYSA gets 10 percent of picture sales, which covers the cost of the plaques.

PICNIC: We reviewed suggestions for next year. In addition we decided to cut back the quantity by 30 percent and/or find sponsors who could subsidize a catered meal.

CAMP: Mike will find out what field Challenger needs for summer camp, because the senior field may be closed. He got the Challenger brochures; board members took them to distribute to the teams.

PARK: Doug needs to come to the next park meeting. While the women's team can use the senior field to play, CCPR says the field will be closed.

(Jill will have to fill in the rest of the minutes.)
