Register from June 15th - July 15 for $40 per Recreational Player & $50 per SFL Player.

Late Registration is open July 16th - July 31st.  It costs an additional $20 per player & your child will be placed on a team as space allows.  All fees will be refunded, if your child cannot be placed.

If your child has played with CCYSA before, you can register & pay online (with any major credit card or Paypal Account)

If your child is new to CCYSA, please print the registration form   Mail the completed form, a copy of your child's birth certificate and a check or money order, payable to CCYSA, PO Box 720, Berryville, VA 22611.  To be eligible to play, we must see your child's birth certificate.

Note:  Our players, volunteers & parents sign a code of conduct form.  A breach in the Code of Conduct may cause an automatic dismissal from CCYSA, with no refund given. You may review this form under the "Forms" tab.
